		<description>Mark, I left because of repeated billing errors, rude customer service and awful service reliability. Even now after having canceled my service the errors continue - even though while calling the customer service centers am not given the same answers twice, along with being pushed along to someone else. This experience has become so horrid that any company that operates this way is only putting perfume on a skunk. I cannot in good conscience even have a neutral opinion of my experience with Comcast with how badly the company as a whole has failed.</description>
